I'm not usually the type to finish my food when eating out, but I ordered the salmon and crabby shrimp pasta and O M G. The meal was so Incredible that I personally asked to thank the chef (Kenny) for the blessing of a meal. Within 10 minutes of receiving the meal I finished my plate and almost asked for more. The environment was welcoming and Adel (our server) did an amazing job accompany us after we showed up to our reservation late. He was polite and patient with us and was the one who suggested me the salmon (best decision ever). But if you are to come try this place I would suggest getting the salmon or pasta and request Kenny to make it lol.

Service; Amazing. We were sitting at the bar at first, got a little background story on the name that was nice. Then our waitress was Daria and she was so sweet, so attentive. Made the birthday girl feel so special. Would definitely recommend her. Food; I didn't really order much because i wasnt hungry. But i had a burrata and it was good! I also tried the tuna tartare and the meatballs and they were delicious. Would come back to try more stuff for sure. They have a little speakeasy upstairs, very cute but the music was not my taste of music. Price; I think the price is a little high which is why I'm only giving it 4 stars. My lychee martini was $20, idk that seems a little high to me. 3 of us picked appetizers and the birthday girl had a main meal and our total was $140 not including 3 of our drinks because we paid that at the bar. Coming back or nah? Yes, i have to come with my husband and try more things.

**Sourbon Restaurant - Happy Hour Review** I recently visited Sourbon specifically for their happy hour, and while there were some high points, the experience was in between. We ordered a variety of food and drinks from the happy hour menu, though a couple of items were unfortunately unavailable. The drinks, while advertised as happy hour specials, were priced like what I would expect to pay normally--nothing extraordinary in terms of savings. The bartender was attentive, which I appreciated, and I decided to try the Moscow mule after reading some rave reviews. While it was good, it didn't stand out as anything special compared to others I've had. On the food side, the salmon belly tartare was a highlight--definitely a dish I would recommend. The oysters and bruschetta were also delicious. However, the truffle parm fries were a letdown; I've had much better elsewhere. I enjoyed the ambiance of the main dining area, but walking towards the back, the vibe completely changed. The bartender mentioned a speakeasy that opens later, but with the drink prices being on the higher side, I'd probably only go there for one drink, if at all. Overall, Sourbon has its strengths, especially with certain dishes, but I think the entree and drink menu might be a little over priced.
